Looks like the upgrade to Community Server 2008 was a success! There was no direct upgrade path from CS2.0 to 2008, so I had to run some scripts to upgrade the database to 2.1 then run the migration tool to upgrade to 2008, skipping 2007 completely. My customized theme is no longer supported so I'm not sure what we're going to do for visuals yet.
