Yeah I know, what I was saying is that "Visual Studio Setup Projects" can't be built from MSBuild but Votive/WiX projects can. I guess it wasn't clear in the post. (Maybe I should quit posting at 6AM! :)

Actually, Votive includes MSBuild support so you can build outside of Visual Studio. Watch my blog for an article about how to do it.
